Leandro Luzone is an entrepreneur, lawyer, M&A advisor, and founder of Luzone Group, a business group operating in the legal, financial, and investment sectors. At Luzone Capital, he advises companies, investors, and business families on M&A transactions, corporate finance, international expansion, corporate governance, and strategic partnerships.
He holds a specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) from Imperial College Business School (London) and in Private International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law (Netherlands).
He collaborates with the World Bank and the Bridwell Institute for Economic Freedom (affiliated with the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University—SMU), supporting both institutions in initiatives related to the business environment, investment, and economic development.
