LEANDRO LUZONE

Leandro Luzone is an entrepreneur, lawyer, M&A advisor, and founder of Luzone Group, a business group operating in the legal, financial, and investment sectors. At Luzone Capital, he advises companies, investors, and business families on M&A transactions, corporate finance, international expansion, corporate governance, and strategic partnerships.

He holds a specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) from Imperial College Business School (London) and in Private International Law from The Hague Academy of International Law (Netherlands).

He collaborates with the World Bank and the Bridwell Institute for Economic Freedom (affiliated with the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University—SMU), supporting both institutions in initiatives related to the business environment, investment, and economic development.

He also serves as a director of the Brazilian Energy Council (BRENC) and as Chief Legal Officer of the IADC Brazil Chapter, actively participating in initiatives aimed at developing the energy, infrastructure, investment, and international business sectors.

An author of several books on law, business, and investment, he handles both domestic and cross-border transactions, connecting Brazilian and international companies with investors, strategic partners, and growth opportunities through an extensive global network of relationships.

Fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Italian, his work is driven by the integration of strategy, finance, and international business, helping companies achieve value creation, expansion, and long-term development.
